consumers Power company General Offices: 1945 West Parnall Road,.Jackson, Ml 49201 * (517) 788-0550 May 18, 1984 Dennis M Crutchfield, Chief Operating Reactor Branch No 5 Nuclear Reactor Regulation US Nuclear Regulatory Commission Washington, DC 20555 DOCKET 50-255 - LICENSE DPR PALISADES PLANT - TMI ACTION PLAN ITEM II.B.3, POST-ACCIDENT SAMPLING SYSTEM Consumers Power Company letter dated March 7, 1984 indicated that the two remaining items concerning Post-Accident Sampling System would be addressed by mid-May.
The two criterion identified in our March 7, 1984 letter are presently under review but due to the extended outage at Palisades the information will be supplied by the end of the refueling outage now planned for early June 1984.
