CONTAINMENT PURGING AND VENTING Consumers Power Company, in a letter dated March 1, i984, stated that a request for a change to the Palisades Plant Technical Specifications, which would limit the use of the the Purge and Ventilation system to the COLD SHUTDOWN condition, would be submitted by April 30, 1984.
The Technical Specification change will instead be submitted by May 31, 1984.
This is due to the unavailability of key personnel to review the change.
The Palisades Plant is currently shutdown for a refueling outage.
