1983 OCCUPATIONAL RADIATION EXPOSURE The attached table summarizes personnel radiation exposure by job function, work group and employer for the year 1983.

The attached table and the method by which it was prepared meet the reporting requirements of Section 6.9.1.b of the Technical Specifications.

The exposures were derived from Self-Reading Dosimeter (SRD) data and were then adjusted by a factor which corrects the SRD dose so that it is equal to the thermoluminescent dosimeter dose used in compiling each individual's official radiation dose record. This correction is applied to each job function/work group/employer category on the attached table.

Special Maintenance activities for the year 1983 included Steam Generator tube removals and extensive Steam Generator tube repairs.
