- PALISADES PLANT - UPDATE TO SEP TOPIC III-5.A "OPERABILITY OF LEAKAGE DETECTION SYSTEMS" ;_ REQUEST FOR CHANGE TO THE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Consumers Power Company letter dated December 13, 1983 and entitled SEP Topic III-5.A "Operability of Leakage Detection Systems" - Request for Change to the Technical Specifications indicated that this Technical Specification Change had been reviewed under the cognizance of the Nuclear Safety Board.
Due to an oversight, the Nuclear Safety Board had not signed off the Technical Specification Change at the time of our submittal.
This sign-off was in fact completed December 22, 1983 and had no effect on the wording in the requested change.
