REACTOR PROTECTIVE SYSTEM BASIS Attached are three (3) originals and thirty'-seven (37) conformed copies of a request for a change to the Palisades Technical Specifications.
The proposed change would modify the basis to the Limiting.Safety System Settings - Reactor Protective System as the corrective actions required by Licensee Event Report (LER) 83-20 (RTD Response Time) which was submitted to the NRC April 5, 1983.
The proposed change involves a single safety issue.
Therefore, a check in the amount of $4,000 is attached pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22 Class III change.
