REACTOR INTERNALS NOISE MONITORING TESTS IE HO. FILE CIOrf'Y Palisades Plant Technical Specification 4.13.D.3 requires the results of the Reactor Internals Noise Monitoring Tests to be submitted to the NRC Region III Office on an annual basis.

The results of the test demonstrates that the reactor core barrel is tightly clamped with no other anomalous vibrations occurring during the testing period.

The attached test fulfills the requirements of the subject Technical Specification.
