ADDITIONAL INFORMATION During review of our letter dated July 9, 1982 and entitled "Steam Generator Inspection Report," it came to our attention that the following two items of clarification/correction should be added to the report.

Page 1, Summary of Event - The primary to secondary leak rate has been recalculated to be less than 0.3 gpm.
- 2.
Page 2, Summary of Agreed to Action, Item 2 - The administrative limit on allowable primary to secondary leakage is valid for the current operating cycle only.
