The purpose of this letter is to confirm revised dates for selected action items as they were discussed recently by telephone with the staff.
The affected topics, cur~ent status and revised completion dates are as follows:

- Completed by submittal dated 8/16/81 Report submitted 8/16/81 reducing number of unacceptable break locations to thirteen.
Fracture mechanics work in progress for remaining locations.
Eccentric pipe loads - work in progress Electrical cabinet integrity and mounting adequacy of internal components - work in progress Approximately half of open items resolved and work is continuing on remainder.
Interim report will be submitted to close as many items as possible and define remaining work 11/30/82 9/30/82 12/20/82 8/31/82
