SYSTEMATIC EVALUATION PROGRAM TOPIC V-11.A Attached are three (3) originals and thirty seven (37) conformed copies of a Request for Change to the Palisades Technical Specifications.
The requested changes will update the Palisades Technical Specification in order to incorporate a new provision proposed in Conslliners Power Company letter dated March 31, 1982 and approved in principle in the Integrated Plant Safety Assessment, Systematic Evaluation Program, Palisades Plant (NUREG-0820).
Since the NRC has already reviewed this item under the SEP, this change is considered to be pro forma or administrative in nature.
Therefore a check in the amount of $1,200.00 is attached pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22 (Class II).
