Reactor Regulation US Nuclear Regulatory Connnission Washington, DC 20555 DOCKET 50-255 - LICENSE DPR-20 PALISADES PLANT - NUREG-0737, ITEMS II.F.1.4, II.F.1.5 AND II.F.1.6 NRC letter dated May 14, 1982 requested confirmation of information, as provided by a March, 1982 conference call, for TMI Action Plan Items II.F.1.4, II.F.1.5 and II.F.1.6.
Consumers Power Company has reviewed the phone conversation record and has determined that it accurately represents the information provided to us by our manufacturers; however, the information on the placement of the hydrogen sample ports is inaccurate.
The two hydrogen sample ports are placed at the 765 foot and 766 foot elevation.
Therefore, the two ports are approximately 175 feet above the floor, which puts them about 92 feet above the tops of the steam generators.
