RESPONSE TO DECEMBER 3, 1981 NRC LETTER "EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS APPRAISAL" APPENDIX C ITEMS NRC letter dated December 3, 1981 and entitled "Emergency Preparedness Appraisal" requested Consumers Power Company to respond to Appendix C (Emergency Preparedness Evaluation Report, Emergency Plan March 1981, Docket No. 50-255) by March 3, 1982.
Our February 4, 1982 submittal on Appendix B items identifed a delay in the Appendix C submittal until May 4, 1982.
NRC letter dated February 12, 1982 indicated that the response to the Appendix C items was expected by March 3, 1982 but if a delay was necessary, identified deficiencies should be corrected by April 1, 1982. to this letter provides a copy of the Appendix C requests from the NRC letter dated December 3, 1981. to this letter provides the Consumers Power Company responses to the Appendix C requests for your review.
