LICENSE DPR PALISADES PLANT - SEP TOPIC VI-4, CONTAINMENT ISOLATION SYSTEMS On March 18, 1982, an additional discussion was held with the NRC concerning containment penetration 19, the personnel air lock, as it pertains to SEP Topic VI-4 at Palisades.. In this discussion it was pointed out that the only piping penetration in the air lock which has threaded joints or caps greater than 2" nominal pipe size is the 3" pressurizing line.

At the request of the staff, Consumers Power Company hereby submits this letter to provide confirmation of that statement.

We trust that this will satisfy the staff's needs.
