The letter also requested Consumers Power Company to review LER documentation presently docketed for Palisades and Big Rock Point regarding station blackout. Our letter of November 23, 1981 identified the need for additional time to complete the requested information. This letter encloses the requested infor-mation. Completed tables for both the Palisades and Big Rock Point Plants are included. The information provides a summary of our detailed log sheets, maintenance orders, equipment outage records, surveillance test records and facility change records.
