Dennis M Crutchfield, Chief Operating Reactors Branch No 5 Nuclear Reactor Regulation US Nuclear Regula.tory Commission Washington, DC 20555 DOCKET 50-155 - LICENSE DPR-6 ~ BIG ROCK POINT PLANT DOCKET 50-255 - LICENSE DPR PALISADES PLANT - STATION BLACKOUT - UNRESOLVED SAFETY ISSUE A-44 NRC letter dated July 20, 1981 and entitled "Information Request Regarding Station Blackout Unresolved Safety Issue A-44, Big Rock Point and Palisades", requested Consumers Power Company to complete a questionaire covering histori-cal data for the years 1976-1980 pertaining to Diesel Generator operation, Diesel Generator down time, and Diesel Generator modification. The letter also requested Consumers Power Company to review LER documentation presently docketed for Palisades and Big Rock Point regarding station blackout. Our letter of November 23, 1981 identified the need for additional time to complete the requested information. This letter encloses the requested infor-mation. Completed tables for both the Palisades and Big Rock Point Plants are included. The information provides a summary of our detailed log sheets, maintenance orders, equipment outage records, surveillance test records and
- .j facility change records. The tables for the Palisades Plant and Big Rock Point Plant are provided as attachments 1 and 2 respectively.
