EMERGENCY PLANNING EXERCISE Consumers Power Company will conduct small-scale exercise in 1982 of our STAFF site emergency plan for our Palisades Plant.
In coordination with the State of Michigan Department of State Police and Federal Emergency Management Agency Region V the dates of this exercise is February 23, 1982.
In accordance with your letters of December 31, 1980 and October 28, 1981, an exercise scenario will be provided two weeks in advance of the exercise.
You should note that these are small-scale exercises as required by 10 CFR 50 Appendix E, section F.3 since a full-scale emergency preparedness exercise was conducted in 1980.
