Consumers Power Company has submitted copies of the Palisades Plant Site Emergency Implementing Procedures to the NRC for review.

These documents in their entirity are requested to be withheld from the public document rooms under the provisions of 10CFR 2.79o(d)(l), due to the detailed descriptions of emergency and environmental equipment, emergency techniques, locations of emergency and environmental equipment and the communications call lists.
