NUREG-0737 ACTION ITEM III. D.1.1 Attached are three (3) originals and thirty seven (37) conformed copies of
. a Request for Change to the Palisades Technical Specifications.
The requested i
change provides specifications to reduce leakage from systems outside containment~
that would or could contain highly radioactive fluids during a serious transient or accident to as-low-as-practical levels in accordance with the requirements of NUREG-0737, Item III.D.1.1.
The proposed change involves a single safety issue, therefore, a check in the amount of $4,000.00 is attached pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22, Class III change.
