PALISADES PLANT -
STEAM GENERATOR INSPECTION REPORT The attached report entitled, "Report of Eddy Current Testing, Data Evaluator and Tube Repair", dated October 1981 describes the results of the Palisades Plant steam generator inspection which took place in September and October, 1981.
The information in this report is submitted in accordance with the Palisades Plant Technical Specification 4.14.6 and demonstrates compliance with the requirements of Technical Specification 4.14.
This report is complete except the Results of Dent Magnitude and Profilometry Measurements which will be st:.bmi tted as a supplement in the very near future.
Any changes from the preliminary report have been identified by vertical lines in the margin.
