The proposed changes are a result of your letter dated March 23, 1981 pertaining to Tecl:mical Specifications Revisions for Snubber Surveillance.
We have utilized the sample Standard Technical Specification included with the referenced letter and in doing so have modified it where necessary to adapt it to our Palisades Plant.
The requested change involves a single issue.
Therefore, a check in the amount of $4,000 is attached pursuant to 10CFR170.22, Class III change.
