TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION REVISIONS FOR SNUBBER SURVEILLANCE DELAY REQUEST NRC letter dated March 23, 1981 provided Revision 1 of the Inservice Surveillance Requirements for snubber::; under the Standard Technical Specifications.
The referenced NRC letter requested Consumers Power Company to submit a license amendment application to incorporate the applicable portions of the included model Technical Specifications into the Palisades Technical Specifications.
The incorporation of the intent of the model Standard Technical Specifications on snubbers into the Palisades non standard Technical Specification is presently under final review.
This effort is expected to be complete within the next 30 days and submittal of the Technical Specification Change Request to take place by August 31, 1981.
