consumers Power company General Offices: 212 West Michigan Avenue, Jackson, Michigan 49201 * (617) 788-0650 June 11, 1981 Director, Nuclear Reactor Regulation Att Mr Dennis M Crutchfield, Chief Operating Reactors Branch No 5 US Nuclear Regulatory Commission Washington, DC 20555 DOCKET 50-255 - LICENSE DPR PALISADES PLANT - REVISION 2 to OCTOBER 7, 1980 ENVIRONMENTAL QUALIFICATION OF ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT Consumers Power Company submitted a response to environmental qualification of electrical equipment to you on October 7, 1980 and subsequently submitted Revision No 1 to the report on October 30, 1980.
Since issuance of Revision No 1, a limited walkdowri investigation of the equipment has been conducted.
Some discrepancies were noted between sub-mitted information and installed equipment.
The attadlillents to this letter provide new and revised pages that should be incorporated into our previous submittal.
It is intended that the walkdown investigation will be completed during the 1981 refueling outage.

Consumers Power Company's response is dated October 7, 1980 with Revision 1 dated October 30, 1980, and Revision 2 dated June 11, 1981.
