Since that submittal we have determined that the following editorial changes should be made to the text:
(1).
Page 2 of submittal, Table 4.14.1 - change 440 KHz to 400 KHz.
( 2).
Page 3 of submittal, paragraph 4.14.. 4.should be changed to read;_
"Sleeves shall be installed such that, considering the axial location tolerances, swagging does not take place in an area of known degrada-tion.
A baseline ET inspection of all newly installed sleeves shall be performed.
In addition, all previously installed sleeves shall be inspected or plugged during subsequent steam generator tube inspections."
