Description of Incideni:

For February the daily average oil and grease concentration was 62.4 mg/l

Apparent Cause:

High values recorded on 2/3/81, 2/23/81 and 2/24/81 as previously explained in the Compqny's reports dated 2/13/81 and 3/3/81.
