The attached revision, dated January 1, 1981, is submitted in accordance with NUREG~o654 guidance provided by the NRC.
As a result of discussion with the NRC staff, it is our understanding that addi-tional revisions or justification of our current positions of the Emergency Plan will be required.
We feel the,next Emergency Plan revision should be made in response to formal NRC staff comments taking into account additional revisions of NUREG-0654 and the NRC site inspection to review the Emergency Plan to be conducted in early 1981.
