NOTICE.OF DEPOSITION Notice is hereby given in accordance with 10 C.F.R. 2.740 a. of the Commission's regulations that the NRC Staff shall take the deposition on oral examination of the following person at the indicated time and place:
Fred B. Leckie - 9:30 a.rn., Monday, February 2, 1981 1225 Dublin Road Co 1 um bus ~ Ohio The deposition shall conce~n matters relating to the alleged non-compliance by Consumers Power Company which is at issue in this proceeding.
Mr. Leckie should bring with him to the deposition copies of all documents within his possession or control which relate to his activities at the Palisades Nuclear Power Facility on behalf of or under contract to Consumers Power Company.
