I ha.ve received the Notice of Deposition issued under your signature on November 12, 1980, under which Consumers Power Company SE!eks to take the deposition of Victor Stello, James G. Keppler~ and Bruce L Jorgensen of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission in early January 1981.
Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. 2.720{h), the NRG Staff will make Mr. Stello and Mr. Jorgensen available for depos1tiori on the <iates suggi~sted in-your notice.
As we discussed in our telephone conversation a*n December 1, 1980, you agreed that Mr. Stel10 1s deposition will be taken at the Office of
