LICENSE DPR PALISADES PLANT -
PROPOSED TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS CHANGES -
UNDERVOL~AGE PROTECTION Attached are three (3) original and thirty-seven (37) copies of a request to the Palisades Technical Specifications.
The proposed changes are a result of an NRC letter dated June 6, 1979, on degraded grid_voltage and supersede in its entirety Consumers Power Company's submittal dated November 24, 1980, for the same subject.
The November 24, submittal inadvertently contained.. the draft version of the proposed change.*
These proposed changes consist of revised Limiting Conditions of Operation (LCO)i and setting limits for undervoltage protection relays.
These Technical Specifications changes have been requested by the NFC.
Accord-ingly, it is concluded that these: changes should be exempt from licensing fees specified in 10 CFR 170.22.
