(1) D M Crutchfield letter to D P Hoffman dated July 28, 1980 (2) R E Schaffstall letter to D M Crutchfield dated August 28, 1980 By reference (1), SEP licensees were requested to submit an action plan for resolution of questions concerning the seismic design of cable trays.
In reference (2), RE Schaffstall of KMC, Inc responded on behalf of the SEP Owners Group to describe the cable tray and anchorage seismic qualification program which the Owners Group intends to conduct.
Since Consumers Power Company is a member of the SEP Owners Group, reference (2) constitutes our response to this item with respect to the Palisades Plant.
