NRC STAFF'S PROPOSED CORRECTIONS TO ADMINISTRATIVE LAW JUDGE'S "MEMORANDUM AND. ORDER......

In his "Memorandum and Qrder on Licensee's Motion to Compel Discovery" (July 22, 1980), the Administrative Law Judge asked the parties to file motions for cor.rec_tions within t~n days of s*ervice of his. order. Accordi_ngly, the NRC Staff moves that the following corrections be ma.de to the Administra.tive Law Judge's Memorandum and Order:

Page 1, line 5:

omit the numeral 15.

Page 1, line 8:

replace the numeral 15 with the numeral 14.

Interrogatory 15 requested infonnation concerning transmi!_tal of proposed civil penalty actions to the executive officers of utilities li~ensed to operate nuclear facilities. The Staff answered the interrogatory on March 31, 1980.

Consumers Power Company did not move to compel an answer to the interrogatory. For these reasons, the Staff moves that the Administrative Law Judge's Memorandum and Order be corrected as described above.

Dated at Bethesda, Maryland this 29thrday of July, 1980.

8007 3 1*03/°f Respectfully ~ubmitted,
