This bulletin was received at the beginning of the Palisades Plant 1979 refueling outage.

Consumers Power Comany advised the NRC by letter dated September 28, 1979 that a response to the subject bulletin would be provided 30 days after plant start-up.

This project will be completed and submitted to the NRC by July 31, 1980.
