In a telephone conference on _*May 30, 1980 counsel for Consumers Power Company and counsel for the NRC staff 1/
requested permission to suspend pending discovery matters-to provide time to develop additional information bearing upon the possibility of settlement or narrowing of issues.
The reques~ is granted until further order.
On or before June 13, 1980 counsel for each party shall file a statement, jointly if possible, setting forth areas of agreement and areas where rulings are required.
The status report due June 1, will not be required.
