FOLLOWUP RESPONSE TO IE BULLETIN T9 LOSS OF NON-CLASS lE INSTRUMENTATION.AND CONTROL POWER SYSTEM BUS DURING OPERATION Consumers Power Company was requested during telephone conversations on April 17 and 18, 1980, by Mr Howard Wilber (I&E-Washington), Mr Duane Boyd (I&E-Region III) and Mr Bruce Jorgensen (Palisades Resident Inspector) to provide additional infor-mation relative to IE Bulletin 79-27 for our Palisades Plant.
Previous responses were dated March 3, 1980, and April 3, 1980.
- Item 1 When will emergency procedures for the Palisades Plant be prepared or reviewed to address Item 2 of the subject bulletin?
When will training, associated with any procedure changes, be implemented?
Response
our Consumers Power Company will complete all necessary reviews and revisions of emergency procedures to address IE Bulletin No 79-27 prior to startup from present outage (approximately May 1, 1980).
Implementation of any changes to procedures will also be complete prior to startup.
