The enclosed Teclh1ical Specificaticns Change is to reduce the level set point of the boric acid storage tank and to also increase its boric acid concentra-tion.
The proposed charige involves a singl~ safety issue; therefore, a check in the amowrt of $4,000 is attached pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22,. Class III Change.
