A.

Assuming DBA conditions (LOCA with*coincident loss of off-site power) and failure of a diesel generator.

With the 1-2 diesel failed the only fan cooler is operational in 23 seconds.

The sprays, with two spray pumps available, are operational in 84 seconds.

With the 1-1 diesel failed one fan cooler is operational in.23 seconds and the remaining two in 33 seconds.

The sprays are operational in 104 seconds with one spray puinp available.
