CHANGE TO PROPOSED TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS CHANGE:
SECTION 6, ADMINISTRATIVE CONTROLS.
Consumers Power Company *letter dated October 31, 1979 submitted a proposed change to Palisades Technical Specifications Se.ction 6, "Admin.istra.tive Controls."
The pro.posed change was to clarify existing req1.,1irements, to bring the Pa:Usades Technical Specifications* into cl.iser agreement with' our Midland Plant Technical Specifl.catio_ns,- and to *achieve cioser conformance to the standard Techni*cal Specifications-.
Recent minor organiz~ti6nal changes have ne~essitated a revision to portions of our Octob~r 31, 1979 change request.
These changes involve cr~ation of a position of Chemistry ari.d Health Physics Superintendent reporting directly to the Gener.al Manager.
Our. October 3.1, 1979 change request should be revised as

Change Section 6.3.2 to read, "Either the Chemistry and Health_Physic3
- Superintendent or the Health Physicist shall meet or exceed the qua_lifications of* Regulatory Guid*e 1-. 8, September 1975.
