- Area Code 517 788-0550 January 9, 1980 Mr James G Keppler Office of Inspection and Enforcement Region III US Nuclear Regulatory Commission 799 Roosevelt Road Glen Ellyn, IL 60137 DOCKET 50-255 - LICENSE DPR PALISADES PLANT -.NAMCO MODEL EA180 LIMIT SWITCHES Consumers Power Company was requested by the NRC, IE Bulletin 79-28 dated December 10, 1979, to determine if the Palisades Plant has installed or intends to install NAMCO EA180 switches in any safety-related equipment located inside or outside containment.
NAMCO EA180 switches are not presently being used nor are there any plans in the future to use this switch on safety-related equipment at the Palisades Plant.
