Consumer's Power Company submitted proposed Radiological Effluent Techr1ical Specifications in compliance w*ith 10 CIB 50, Appendix I on June 4, 19T6.

Consumers Pow-er Company notes that EPA hearing record (Federal Register, Vol 42, No 9, January 13, 1977) indicates that compliance with 10 CFR 50, Appendix I, is deemed a conclusi're sho-..ing of*
compliance with 40 CFR 190 for single unit sites.
Consumers Power Company intends to comply with the limitations of 40 CFR 190 as
