This is a complete revision of the information that was sent to the NRC on JU:Ue 6, 1979 and supersedes that description in its entirety.
Both a "review" and an "acceptance" criterion have beep. assiglled to each test, and a commitment is made with regar~ to remedial action in case a criterion is exceeded.
