LICENSES DPR-6 AND DPR SECURITY PERSONNEL QUALIFICATION PLANS FOR THE BIG ROCK POINT AND PALISADES PLANTS The attached Suitability., Training and Qualification Plans concern subject matter vhich is exempt from disclosure according to Section 2.790(d) of the NRC's "Rules of Practice, Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations."
It is requested that these attachments be withheld from public disclosure.
The Suitability, Training and Qualification Plans dated August 1, 1979 for the Big Rock Point and Palisades Plants are submitted to meet the require-ments of 10 CFR 50.34(d), 10 CFR 73.40(b) and 10 CFR 73.55, Appendix B.
These Suitability, Training and Qualification Plans complement our Security Plans dated February 21, 1979.
The USNRC has determined that the plans involve consideration of a safeguards issue requiring a Class III fee; therefore, we are enclosing our checks for
$4,ooo each in accordance with 10 CFR 170.22.
