Consumers Power Company proposea changes to Section 6 - Administrative Controls of the Big Rock Point and Palisades Plants Technical Specifications on July 16, 1979. As a result of discussions with NRC staff, the clarifica-

Consumers Power Company requests that these changes be reviewed and approved as soon as possible.
