PROPOSED TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS CHANGE REQUEST UPDATE - SECTION 6 - ADMINISTRATIVE CONTROLS.

Consumers Power Company proposea changes to Section 6 - Administrative Controls of the Big Rock Point and Palisades Plants Technical Specifications on July 16, 1979.

As a result of discussions with NRC staff, the clarifica-tions to that request are provided ~s an attachment.

This clarification is provided to identify the equivalent Consumers Power Company position (title) for positions specified in ANSI Nl8.1~1971.

Consumers Power Company requests that these changes be reviewed and approved as soon as possible.

.ATTACHMENT COMPARISON OF CONSUMERS POWER COMPANY ORGANIZATIONAL TITLES TO THOSE OF ANSI Nl8.l-1971 Section 6.3.1 of the Big Rock Point and Palisades Technical Specifications require that each meritber of the plant staff meet or exceed the minimum qualifications of ANSI Nl8.1.:..

1971 for comparable positions.
