CLARIFICATION OF TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION 3.11. e Technical Specification 3.11.e states:

"The data logger can be inoperable for two hours.

If at the end of two hours it is not available, the power level shall not exceed 85% of rated power"

'The bases for Technical Specification 3.11.e state:

"If the data logger for the in-core readout is not in operation for more than two hours,

power will be reduced to provide margin... "

Consumers Power Company interprets Technical. Specification 3.11.e to mean that if the data logger fails, we have two hours to repair it. If at the end of the two hours it is not available, power level is to be decreased at the normal shutdown rate to less than 85% of rated power.
