Therefore, it is
. requested that these attachments be withheld from public disclosure.
This revision to the Security*Plans incorporates changes.to resolve issues that were listed as "unresolved" in our February 21, 1979transmittal of the
. revised Security Plans and correct editorial errors in the original.
Consume.rs Power now* conside.rs unresolved Items 1, 2 and 4 of the February 21,
- 1979. letter resolved and Item 3 delayed by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission decision published in the Federal Register dated February 28, 1979 which delayed*
certain physical search requirements, the two-men rule and compartmentalization.
All changes to the Security Plans provide equivalent or.better security of our nuclear power plants.
