LICENSE DPR PALISADES PLANT - FIRE PROTECTION MODIFICATIONS UPDATE In Amendment No 42 to Provisional Operating License No DPR-20 for the Palisades Plant, a schedule was established for plant fire protection modifications.
A report must be submitted if completion dates.listed in Table 3.1 of the NRC' s Fire Protection Safety Evaluation cannot be met per Paragraph 3.E of the license.
In accordance with the above requirement, Items 3.1.7 and 3.1.21 of Table 3.1*
will not be completed until March 1979.* The delays are due to difficulties in establishing design requirements and in procurement of materials.* We feel that these delays will not affect the overall completion of fire protection modifi-cations.
