In accordance with 10 CFR 72.248(a)(1), TN Americas LLC herewith submits the Updated Final Safety Analysis Report (UFSAR), Revision 1 for the NUHOMS EOS System for docketing. Pursuant to 10 CFR 72.248(c)(5), this update to the FSAR incorporates changes to the NUHOMS EOS System implemented by TN Americas LLC under 10 CFR 72.48 since the submittal of the original FSAR (Reference) through the date of this letter.
This submittal includes proprietary information, which may not be used for any purpose other than NRC staff use of the UFSAR. In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390, I am providing an affidavit (Enclosure 1) specifically requesting that you withhold this proprietary information from public disclosure. This submittal also includes security-related information, which should be withheld under 10 CFR 2.390. The proprietary version of the UFSAR is provided as Enclosure 2. The public version is provided as Enclosure 3. Revision 1 changes are tracked with italicized text and revision bars in the right margin to provide NRC staff reviewers with a convenient way to identify the changes made since Revision 0.
This submittal is being provided as an electronic submission, using the optical storage media (OSM) provision from Section 4 of the NRC Guidance for Electronic Submissions to the NRC. Accordingly, we have included a Document Components listing and OSM#1 and OSM#2 listings at the end of this cover letter.
