384 REQUEST FOR LICENSE AMENDMENT FOR POWER UPRATE OPERATION OMITTED PAGES In a letter issued October 1,
1997 (Reference 1),
TVA provided a proposed TS change that will allow Units 2 and 3
to operate at an uprated power of 3458 MWt representing a
power level increase of five percent.
The October 1,
1997, report originally provided a peak drywell pressure of 50.3 pounds per square inch gauge (psig).
This value was based on a conversion factor of 14.7 psi between absolute and gauge pressure.
BFN's site specific conversion factor is 14.4 psi.
As such, the peak drywell pressure should be 50.6 psig rather than 50.3 psig.
By letter dated March 20, 1998 (Reference 2),
TVA detailed a
revision to NEDC-32751P, Power Uprate Safety Analysis for the Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant Units 2 and 3, revising the peak drywell pressure to 50.6 psig.
Also that letter provided affected replacement pages for both NEDC-32751P and ITS pages impacted by the change in NEDC-32751P.

- pages, B 3.6-2, B 3.6-7, and B 3.7-2.
The above change was described in NEDC-32751P,
- however, these pages were inadvertently omitted from the March 20, 1998 submittal.
