BWXT NUCLEAR OPERATIONS GROUP, INC.S OBSERVED EXERCISE
Dear Mr. Burch:
This refers to your letter, 2018 NRC Observed Force-on-Force Exercise (17-104), dated December 20, 2017 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System accession number ML18002A360), which requested that the 2018 U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commissions (NRCs) triennial force-on-force exercise for BWXT Nuclear Operations Group, Inc. - Lynchburg (BWXT NOG-L) serve as the 2018 annual NRC-observed exercise.
The NRC has completed its review of the request and found that it is acceptable in accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) 73.46(b)(9).
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRCs Rules of Practice, a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room, or from the Agencywide Documents Access and Management System.
