Dear Hr. Kingsley:
This letter confirms the conversation between Mr. S.
Kane of your staff and myself, concerning a meeting which has been scheduled for August 23, 1996, at 12:00 p.m., to 1:30 p.m., Central Daylight Time.
The purpose of this meeting is to di'scuss Unit 3 performance since the restart of that Unit in November 1995.
The location of the meeting will be at the Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant Administrative Building Conference Room, at the corner of Browns Ferry Road and Shaw Road,
- Athens, Alabama, 35611.
This meeting is an open meeting as per "Staff Meetings Open to the Public; Final Policy Statement" (September 20, 1994; 59FR 48340).
