50-259 50-260 50-296 BROWS FERRY NUCLEAR 3?LANT (BFN) - UNITS 1g 2g AND 3 10 CFR 55'5 PLANT-REFERENCED SIMULATOR CERTIFICATION REPORT The purpose of this letter is to provide the plant-referenced simulator certification report to NRC as required by 10 CFR 55.45(b)(ii) and (b)(5)(vi).
This report is submitted to the Commission every four years.
TVA submitted the original certification on December 17, 1991.
Accordingly, the enclosure provides the BFN Simulator four year Certification Test Report for the test period December 1991 through December 1995.
