The Commission was briefed by representatives from Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) and the NRC staff on the readiness for restart of Browns Ferry 3.

There were no requirements identified for staff action.

Subsequently, on November 15,

1995, the Commission affirmed its approval of SECY-95-264 and authorized the Regional Administrator, Region II to permit restart of Browns Ferry Unit 3 upon completion of all necessary items.
