Docket No. 50-260 BROWNS FERRY NUCLEAR PLANT (BFN) - UNIT 2 REVISION TO CORE OPERATING LIMITS REPORT (COLR)
In accordance with the requirements of Technical Specification 6.9.1.7, enclosed is a revision to the Unit 2 COLR.
The revised COLR was issued July 27, 1995, to support Unit 2 operation.
The revision to the report incorporates revised Minimum Critical Power Ratio (MCPR) Operating Limits that are in agreement with the General Electric re-analysis of feedwater controller failure.
The revised MCPR Limits do not adversely affect Unit 2 Cycle 8 operations.
