SELF-ASSESSMENT REPORT By letter dated February 2,
- 1994, TVA notified NRC of it' intent to perform a self-assessment, of the service water systems at BFN.
In that letter, TVA committed to submit the results of the self-assessment, as well as the planned corrective actions, following issuance of the final report.
At the time the report was prepared, some of the corrective actions had not yet been fully developed or were not accepted by the SWSOPI team.
TVA is providing in the enclosure a copy of the subject report.
TVA plans to meet with NRC Region II personnel to discuss the enclosed report.
At this meeting, TVA will provide NRC with a status of the corrective actions for each of the weaknesses identified in the SWSOPI self-assessment report.
